Booking & Policy
Consultations
All new colour clients are required to book a consultation at least 72 hours prior to their appointment.
This allows us to assess your hair, discussyourgoals and create a personalised plan tailored to you.
Patch test
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service .
If you are unable to attend for a patch test beforehand, you will be required to sign a disclaimer on the day of your appointment.
Deposits
A £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Changes made after this time will incur a charge.
No-Shows
Missed appointments or failure to attend will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or require rescheduling.
Service Adjustment
Your satisfaction is important to me.
If you have any concerns about your hair service or would like an adjustment, please get in touch within 5 days of your appointment and I will be happy to help.
After 5 days, any adjustments will be considered a new appointment and charged at the full service price

By booking, you agree to the Colour by Carole Booking & Policy.
