Booking & Policy

Consultations

  • All new colour clients are required to book a consultation at least 72 hours prior to their appointment.

  • This allows us to assess your hair, discussyourgoals and create a personalised plan tailored to you.

Patch test

  • A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service .

  • If you are unable to attend for a patch test beforehand, you will be required to sign a disclaimer on the day of your appointment.

Deposits

  • A £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

  • This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Changes made after this time will incur a charge.

No-Shows

  • Missed appointments or failure to attend will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or require rescheduling.

Service Adjustment

  • Your satisfaction is important to me.

  • If you have any concerns about your hair service or would like an adjustment, please get in touch within 5 days of your appointment and I will be happy to help.

  • After 5 days, any adjustments will be considered a new appointment and charged at the full service price

Agreement

  • By booking, you agree to the Colour by Carole Booking & Policy.
